After successful previous editions of the event the 4th edition of “Azores Try-Out” will take place in October 2024 in São Miguel Island, with team building activities held on October 10th – 12th. This event is based on extreme challenges, adventure sports and general culture. During the activities, participants will get the chance to drive more than 150km across the island and see it’s beauty and natural charm in a whole new way. Every stage of the Company Retreat event is designed to allow every member of the team to participate, regardless of their age or physical condition.

“Azores Try-Out” is a company retreat integrating sports, recreational and touristic dimensions in one of the world’s best corporate retreat locations – the island of São Miguel, Azores. All participants will get a map and embark on a secret route involving rapelling, canoeing, cycling, swimming, diving, obstacle races and other fun team building activities requiring teamwork between colleagues as well as between professionals meeting for the first time. That is where the creation of new bonds and business opportunities come from. All the activities are based on team participation so all these experiences contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit.
The event kicks off on Thursday. The activities will be held on October 10th – 12th (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) 2024. Teams arrive the night before and depart the day after (there is always a possibility to stay longer).
Three days are going to be filled with laid-back networking and efficient team building events where the teams (3 – 5 members each) will be competing with each other. “Azores Try-Out” combines sports, recreational and touristic activities. The maximum number of participating teams is 15. An award ceremony/dinner will close the event.

Obviously. We’ll feed you some delicious food. We’ve got your meals during the covered (lunches and dinner on the day with night activities). We like to eat, so don’t worry – you definitely won’t go hungry. Special dietary requests? We’ve got you, just let us know!
Daily transfers for your team from the base location to the event site are included.
We will provide all the equipment needed for the team building event, just make sure you have clothes to change at least two times a day and more than one pair of shoes. Seems like we are taking care of the rest!
Every participant is going to get a kit with the essential material needed for the team building event. It is composed of t-shirt, raincoat, compass, a flash-light and water supply.
